  • Order Processing

    • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
    • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, so you can track the progress of your shipment.
    • Shipping is Via NZ Post Economy which could be up to 3 working days once shipped.

    International Shipping

    Currently, we only offer shipping within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working on expanding our reach in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

    While we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, please note that shipping times may be affected by:

    • Public holidays

    Lost or Damaged Items

    In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will assist you with filing a claim with the courier service and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
